In this role, you will:Perform factory-scheduled maintenance and execute precise Acura diagnostic and repair procedures.Test-drive vehicles to accurately identify and diagnose customer concerns.Partner and communicate seamlessly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs and additional vehicle needs.Work collaboratively as a team player alongside our service department professionals.Actively participate in training classes to continuously advance your technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest Acura product innovations.Maintain effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a relentless focus on providing a world-class service experience.Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle.About YouYou are a dedicated professional who treats automotive repair as a craft.
