What Your Days Look Like Small animal practice with modern equipment: digital radiography, in‑house blood analyzers, anesthesia monitoring, dental equipment, and standard surgical and diagnostic tools Support staff who have been here for years and work well together Clinical relationships with other area clinics when you want a second opinion Four‑day workweek with no emergency or on‑call hours Continued training and CE opportunities You can practice medicine your way with the clinical support you need Day to day, you'll be building long‑term client relationships, performing routine surgery, and seeing wellness and sick pet visits. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000 based on experience $25,000 signing bonus Production bonus: 20% with no negative accrual Medical insurance stipend 401K CE time and stipend Relocation assistance if you're coming from out of town Who Thrives Here We're open to experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
