About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 1986 after beginning my State Farm career in health claims. With my dad also having been a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to see the impact of agency ownership firsthand and knew I wanted to build an agency of my own. Staying connected to our community is important to us, and our agency participates in local events and outreach opportunities throughout the year - typically every other month. We offer health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Role Description
As an Account Associate for Julie Schuld - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year.
