Part-Time Records Clerk

We are seeking a qualified Records Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative services and supporting the Records Operations (RecOps) team. This position's ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace.
This is a part-time position (20-25 hrs per week) in our office located 1560 N Orange Ave Suite 300, Winter Park, FL, 32789
Responsibilities
- Scanning, organizing, and sending radiology discs and medical records to litigation teams
- Clearing Records Operations' virtual mailing system and electronic record portals & distribute records to relevant RecOps Agents / Legal Teams
- Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail
- And other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in the legal field a plus!
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing of files and records, and other office procedures
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
