Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end‑of‑life care in patient homes in the Monroeville, PA area. The role is ongoing, requires 40 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts, and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, while maintaining collaboration with the team. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. At least two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations.
