Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments during office visits, dedicating 10-20 minutes for standard consultations and longer for procedures, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and management of skin conditions.
• Diagnose and treat a wide array of dermatological issues, employing evidence-based practices and clinical knowledge to provide compassionate medical and cosmetic dermatology services.
• Document patient interactions using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Carry out minor surgical procedures, including but not limited to skin biopsies, excisions, and dermatological surgeries, contributing directly to improved patient health and satisfaction.
• Stay engaged in continuous professional development by fulfilling continuing medical education (CME) requirements and engaging in workshops or seminars to refine your skills.
• Assist with administrative tasks to streamline clinic operations, including patient scheduling and follow-up communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals of varying ages and backgrounds seeking treatment for conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and other skin diseases. As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, your role is essential in delivering tailored and effective care plans that align with each patient's unique needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program and possess a current PA-C certification, ensuring a strong foundation in medical theory and practice.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, with a preference for experience in a dermatology setting.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills that enable efficient assessment and management of complex dermatological cases.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening abilities to ensure effective interaction with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
