Key Responsibilities

• Foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients, enhancing their overall experience through compassionate care and excellent service.
• Possess a strong understanding of all medical protocols, operating procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation for services performed, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of new client intake forms, documenting treatments and developing plans of care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Create strong partnerships with patients by effectively matching their medical and cosmetic needs with our available services and ensuring they understand treatment benefits.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products to develop and prescribe appropriate treatments for patients.
• Participate in and possibly lead in-house training programs to stay current with dermatological practices and enhance team skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the practice.

Compensation and Benefits
