Customer Success Lead: Turn Trials into Paying Customers

The Juris Agency is looking for a Customer Success Lead to help customers transition from a free trial to fully adopted users at Techcollect.ai. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in a SaaS customer success position and exceptional interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with customers. You'll be responsible for onboarding clients, delivering ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth user experience as they navigate our platform.
