• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to develop efficient production processes
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and equipment
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
