ERP System Administrator (Deltek Vantagepoint)

Position Summary The ERP System Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company's ERP system. This role involves maintaining the Deltek Vantagepoint system, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements. The ERP System Administrator will work closely with the shared services teams and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs and drives efficiency. Key Responsibilities System Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s ERP System (Deltek Vantagepoint) ensuring optimal performance and availability. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing queries and resolving system-related issues promptly. Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy, ensuring proper data flow and consistency. Data Migration: Assist and support in the migration of acquisition data. System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and assist in the implementation of new features and tools. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve system issues, working with technical teams as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support end-users effectively. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision. Advanced expertise of accounting processes and procedures. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). Familiarity with financial reporting tools and methodologies, or Corporate Accounting processes in a professional services environment. Background in professional services, architecture/engineering, or construction industries.
