Support dispatch operations, ensure timely service, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue Notify clients ahead of time if we will not arrive in the specified time window Communicate with Parts & Purchasing to arrange efficient delivery of parts and schedule return visits Debrief with field staff upon completion of a job Ensure all invoices and job notes are accurate and updated Qualifications You choose your words well Willing to learn our Hufsey Home Services way You are a master of ownership Self-motivated and customer focused Treat others the way you want to be treated Be a team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong active listening skills Professional appearance Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Comfortable with computer systems and software Disqualifying Factors You don't like talking to people; tone matters!
