Yard Foreman

Job Posting Information We are looking to immediately fill a Yard Foreman position with someone who has knowledge of Building Material Products and a strong leadership background. Hourly Pay Range $22.00–$26.00 Responsibilities and Qualifications Set schedule – 40+ hours per week Monitor employee’s daily activity and delegate or assign work as appropriate Challenge and develop employees’ performance, provide feedback, and hold direct reports accountable for their goals and job responsibilities 2 years forklift experience Work outside year‑round Paid weekly on Fridays Discretionary profit share after one year of employment Six paid holidays and PTO immediately Must be able to lift 50‑80 lbs regularly Motivate employees and offer opportunity and reward appropriately Make recommendations to Manager regarding efforts to control employee turnover Make recommendations to Manager regarding employee performance for coaching, review, and disciplinary efforts Benefits Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision.
