Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a prominent investment management firm seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support key operational and back-office functions, including Finance, Accounting, and Technology. This individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor by driving core talent initiatives and overseeing compensation strategy for the firm. Responsibilities: Advise executive leaders on performance management, organizational development, employee retention, and engagement Drive the annual compensation process by evaluating market data, competitive pay trends, and complex carry programs Oversee talent acquisition cycle by sourcing strategies and leading onboarding compliance Assist management by implementing a performance evaluation process with feedback frameworks and employee messaging Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic business decisions Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within financial services Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and complex compensation packages Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Silver Point Capital
