Licensed Quality & Patient Safety Program Manager

CommonSpirit Health

CommonSpirit Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Licensed Quality Patient Safety Program Manager to advance hospital performance improvement and patient safety. You will lead performance improvement efforts, coordinate data abstraction for regulatory reporting, and ensure compliance with TJC and CMS while fostering a culture of safety. The ideal candidate has at least three years of acute care clinical experience, a current clinical license (RN/PT/OT or similar), and expertise in PI methods such #J-18808-Ljbffr CommonSpirit Health
