About the Company Northgate Resorts offers seasonal and internship opportunities across its campgrounds and home office. Work Campers Provide customer service and support at campgrounds. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the campgrounds. Assist guests with site set‑up and reservations. Adhere to scheduling and work hour requirements. Show strong work ethic, award‑winning customer service, and a passion for fun. Internships (College) Interns work in marketing, operations, revenue, and other departments, gaining hospitality experience. Support departmental projects and deliver tools. Research and analyze industry trends. Collaborate with team members on developing guest experience. Maintain professional communication and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused. International Student Program (J‑1) Northgate partners with InterExchange Work and Travel to hire J‑1 visa international students. Perform tasks related to guest services, maintenance, and hospitality support. Assist in creating a welcoming environment for families. Represent Northgate with professionalism and hospitality.
