Business Analyst Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote) Role Overview Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and the remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units. Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts. Support application and operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms. Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems. Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions. Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates. Required Qualifications Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role. Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus. Technical Skills Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows. Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud). Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.). General Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications Background in technical analysis or application architecture. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, Appsheet experience). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.
