Sodexo is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist 2 for a multi-unit Washington, DC campus account. This is a Potential Sale Opportunity, and a contingent role based off the awarding of an account contract. In this multifaceted role, you'll bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals, strategic marketing plans, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting long-term sustainability goals and driving value across the organization. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. Pay Range: $89250 - $115500 What’s in it for you Design and produce visual materials (layouts, illustrations, communications) for proposals, media, and packaging, ensuring adherence to corporate identity standards. Manage design projects by understanding client needs, setting timelines, budgets, and aligning with business objectives. Work closely with multiple departments (Corporate Communications, procurement, design teams) to ensure cohesive project execution. Review final products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards before release. Identify and implement new ideas, technologies, and processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Develop and execute marketing plans through surveys, promotions, and communication platforms (websites, social media) to boost customer engagement. Ensure brand consistency across internal and external platforms while contributing to sustainability initiatives that align with long‑term organizational goals. What you’ll bring Project and time management skills to lead marketing and design initiatives from concept through execution. A detail‑oriented and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate creative solutions that enhance brand presence and efficiency. Excellent communication and consulting skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency. A self‑driven approach to planning and problem‑solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and long‑term impact.
