Credit & Collection Analyst

What You’ll Do: Maintain continual communication with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time Work toward and meet forecasted DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash collection goals Analyze and reconcile customer accounts Review credit limits and payment terms Perform monthly revenue audits Assist with special projects and other Accounts Receivable initiatives as needed What You Bring: 4-year degree preferred 5 years of relevant experience in Collections and Customer Service Clear understanding of basic accounting principles Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus Professional written and verbal communication skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and follow-up skills Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
