Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis to address operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in change management and influencing cultural transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) and their application in manufacturing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
