CASE MGT CLERK - Union General Hospital - Full Time Full Time Clerical Union General Hospital, Blairsville, GA, US Job Summary: Performs clerical and reception duties for the Case Management office. Requisitions supplies, equipment and services as directed. Answers the phones and gives messages to the Case Managers. Performs various other clerical duties - such as: filing, faxing, and scanning. Prepares packets for the nursing home and home health care. Uses computer and telephone systems in the course of daily work. Goes to provider offices to obtain signatures, as needed. Assists the Case Managers, UR Nurses and Director of Care Coordination, as required. Gets IM signed - corrects discharge codes. Qualifications: Education - high school diploma - the equivalent Experience - at least one year experience as a Ward Clerk - preferred, but not required Personal skills/Abilities - human relation skills are needed for personal interaction with other employees, patients and the general public. Ability to be pleasant, tactful, cooperative, responsible, compassionate and courteous. #J-18808-Ljbffr Union General Health System
