Position Overview This opportunity is ideal for a Geotechnical Engineer who is ready to take the next step toward senior project leadership.You will play a highly visible role managing geotechnical projects, leading investigations, performing engineering analysis, coordinating with clients, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting the successful delivery of technically challenging projects.The position combines hands-on engineering, project management, client interaction, and leadership development, creating an exceptional platform for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through construction. Perform geotechnical analyses and engineering design for a variety of project types. Design and evaluate deep foundation systems, underpinning solutions, and excavation support systems. Oversee field investigations, subsurface exploration programs, and construction observation activities. Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, recommendations, proposals, and construction documents. Manage project budgets, schedules, financial performance, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams. Mentor junior engineers and support technical development across the team. Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen existing client relationships. Maintain the highest standards of technical quality and project execution. What Makes This Role Different? Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. PE license required. Master's Degree with Geotechnical emphasis preferred. 6+ years of geotechnical consulting experience. Experience with geotechnical investigations and construction observation. Strong understanding of deep foundations, earth retention, excavation support, and ground improvement. Experience managing projects, schedules, budgets, and client communications. Strong technical writing and report preparation skills. Proven ability to mentor and support junior staff. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
