Sales Executive Opportunity

The Herald Journal in Logan Utah is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough territory management to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong skills in account management and direct sales techniques.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Experience in cold calling and developing new business relationships is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
