Clinic Manager Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll grow a team of Physical Therapists at a brand new clinic and use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. Why Join PT Solutions? Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations! Financial Wellness & Professional Support 401(k) with company contribution Reimbursement for professional dues and license renewals Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome. Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs. Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices. Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members. Build and maintain relationships throughout the community. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program. Management experience preferred. State Licensure. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
