Job Description
As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. - Supervising, coaching and training Team Members
- Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
- Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
- Implement 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building/facility records
- Promote a safe work environment
- 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Strong drive for results
- Sense of urgency
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
