OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Rochester, MN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Primary tasks:

• Safely operate CDL-A dry van tractors and complete deliveries on time
• Conduct inspections, maintain logs, and ensure cargo security
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and load planning

Compensation begins at 65¢/mi with average weekly miles around 2,500 and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Fleet consists of modern tractors with sleepers, APUs, and inverters, backed by in-house maintenance. Home every two weeks. Must have CDL-A and 12 months’ experience.
