Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to offer steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks that come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there's safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing the physical workload and enabling you to focus on driving effectively.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance metrics. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes span across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance kicks in on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
