General Manager

Join Our Team! We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As General Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, creating a positive team culture, and delivering an excellent guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance people, performance, and profitability. What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and growth.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Foster vendor and community relationships to support business success.
- Previous management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- A degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
