ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
Nippersink School District 2, located in Richmond/Spring Grove, Illinois, is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support our students and staff. Our district serves a vibrant community and is committed to providing a comprehensive continuum of special education services.
School Psychologist Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate all referrals for special education services.
- Assist the team with the scheduling of Evaluation Review (ER) and IEP meetings.
- Provide individual and group counseling support to students.
- Serve as an active member of the building-level problem-solving teams.
- Provide support for crisis situations as needed.
- Complete evaluation reports and all required special education paperwork in a timely manner.
- Participate in department, team, and building-level meetings as necessary.
Qualifications
- Appropriate Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between the Nippersink Board of Education and the Richmond Spring Grove Education Association.
