Description The Human Resource Recruiter will primarily be responsible for full cycle recruiting, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The HR Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Requirements Associate degree in related field preferred. 2 years' experience with recruiting process preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
