Youth Sports Official – Flag Football

Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Soccer Officials who are passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Officiate Flag Football  games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun
• Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents
• Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day
• Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support
• Must be able to carry a minimum of 30lbs 

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 16+
• Weekend availability is required
• Basic knowledge of Flag Football  preferred (training provided)
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with kids and engaging with families
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed
• Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active for extended periods
