LMHA Contract Monitor Analyst The LMHA CQI Coordinator supports and advances Continuous Quality Improvement activities for mental health and substance use services in accordance with HHSC, Medicaid, and applicable federal and state requirements. This position focuses on improving access, service delivery, clinical outcomes, and compliance across adult, youth, and crisis services. The coordinator collaborates with clinical leadership, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness of behavioral health services. Description LMHA Contract Monitor Analyst The LMHA CQI Coordinator supports and advances Continuous Quality Improvement activities for mental health and substance use services in accordance with HHSC, Medicaid, and applicable federal and state requirements. This position focuses on improving access, service delivery, clinical outcomes, and compliance across adult, youth, and crisis services. The coordinator collaborates with clinical leadership, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness of behavioral health services. Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Associate degree Defined Education: Business, Legal, Administration, Healthcare or a closely related field Preferences Bachelor's degree in public administration, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration Substitutions An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including a High School Diploma/GED with a Paralegal Certificate and 2 years' experience in a legal, compliance or administrative environment Years' Experience Up to two (2) years of relevant experience Defined Experience Experience in contract development and negotiation, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, auditing, legal matters, data-driven project or program management, OR evaluation of program or project performance License/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required Special Courses None Supervisory Experience: None Why Choose MHMR as Your Employer MHMR offers an excellent competitive benefits package designed to support the wellbeing of our employees and their families.
