Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, West Texas
argenx
argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for West Texas to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across El Paso, Amarillo, and Lubbock. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies to expand patient access to VYVGART and the broader pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout assigned markets to engage key healthcare stakeholders and specialty pharmacy partners
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer and market insights to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain productive relationships with rheumatologists, affiliated staff, and infusion providers
- Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM activity documentation and submit account plans and customer interaction records on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective achievement
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong clinical, product, and market access acumen
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside within assigned West Texas territory
