Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, South Texas

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for South Texas to drive demand generation and patient access in rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies in the San Antonio, Austin, and Waco markets.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market insights to drive performance
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• Must reside within assigned territory
