As a Marketing Specialist , you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels. This position is central to supporting marketing operations through campaign development, digital and traditional marketing execution, content creation, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives, brand standards, and customer experience goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels; coordinating content creation, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities; and managing marketing materials and assets to ensure brand consistency. The Marketing Specialist will also monitor campaign performance, analyze data and engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization. Additional responsibilities include supporting website updates, digital listings, and social media platforms; assisting with event marketing and community promotions; coordinating with vendors and agencies; maintaining organized marketing documentation and reporting; and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall brand visibility. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, analytical, and creative skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Candidates should demonstrate strategic thinking, adaptability, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field is strongly preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
