The Hirsh Agency is looking for independent life insurance agents to join our remote team. The role focuses on selling life insurance to individuals who have already reached out for assistance, eliminating cold calling and aggressive pitch tactics.

Responsibilities

• Consult with pre-qualified leads to assess life insurance needs.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and secure commitments.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions.
• Support agency growth initiatives and potentially lead your own agency unit.

Qualifications

• Licensed life insurance agent with a passion for client service.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and ready to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
