Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Supporting individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will engage in compassionate telesales conversations to educate and guide prospective members through their Medicare and Medicaid coverage options while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on sales, education, and enrollment for DSNP Medicare members Guide individuals through understanding their Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility Meet performance expectations related to sales goals, call quality, and schedule adherence Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience Comfortable working across multiple software systems Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
