Understand the terminology, roles and responsibilities E.g. System of Record, Consuming System, Data Quality, Data Stewards, Data Domain Owner etc
Experience in working on Regulatory programs is plus
Knowledge on build customer master, hierarchy, address standardization technique, defining MDM implementation roadmap
Banking Domain knowledge is advantage
Strong knowledge of SDLC
Able to understand and interpret business requirement
Able to translate business requirement to techno-functional requirement in form of process flows, user stories
Act as liaison between business & IT
Self-starter, influencer & Strong written/verbal skills
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is Plus
Knowledge of Infosphere, IBM BPM Suite, Teradata, Oracle is MUST
Strong written and communication skills
