Plant Operator Night Shift (Production Operator) Cameron, WI Starting at $23/hr | $3/hr Night Shift Diff. | $2,500 Bonus | 2-2-3 Schedule

- Schedule 2-2-3 rotating night shift (12-hour shifts)
- Work only half the month
- Predictable schedule with built-in days off
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot operational issues
- Monitor product quality and adjust systems as needed
- Complete daily production and inspection reports
- Collect and test product samples for quality control
- Maintain clean and safe work areas (spillage cleanup, washdowns, housekeeping)
- Operate equipment (skid steer, telehandler, loader, man lift, etc.)
- Support basic maintenance and assist with special projects
- Cross-train in multiple plant functions
