The Job:

Devfuzion is a fast-paced Technology company looking for the best Receptionist to work in the Tri-Cities, WA. The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and assigning the correct team member to that service call. The candidate must be able to clearly and effectively communicate technical requests to the tech team, work well in a team environment, and always demonstrate a professional work ethic .

Duties:

· Primary employee to answer all incoming calls from clients.

· Gather all information to input into ticketing system.

· Assign tickets to tech team members.

· Perform audits of open tickets to assure response times are being met.

· Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Experience:

• Windows Operating System
• Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...)
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
