Customer Service RepresentativeVintners Logistics, LLC - Kennewick WashingtonResponsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by phone & emailGreet will call customers and visitors, complete sign-ins, coordinate in and out shipmentsReceive and process customer orders in warehouse and transportation management systemsConduct customer calls as needed for order coordination, changes, payments and account statusRespond to customer inquiries via phone calls or emailCoordinate between the transportation and warehousing departments ensuring customer orders are picked, shipped and documented correctlySet up new customer accounts & related customer onboarding activitiesProcess warehouse receiving; including system entry & item creation as needed.Complete & verify bi-weekly compliance reportingAssist in inventory counts, month end closing and related operational dutiesDocument filing, scanning, & processingVerify warehouse charges for customer billingSet up rates/rate changes in warehouse system annually or as requiredMaintain strong written & verbal communication skills with team and customersMaintain a positive & productive relationship with team members, management & customers.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Desirable characteristics:Detail orientatedTeam player who is adaptable to change.Solution orientated.Self-directedWilling to be cross trained on additional systems.Support continuous improvementExperience & Education:High school diploma or GEDPrefer AA in businessMinimum 2 years of prior warehousing and transportation experienceMicrosoft Office suite including word and excelBenefits:Monday – Friday office environment with seasonal overtime as required.PTOEmployer Sponsored Health, Vision, Prescription & Life insuranceAdditional Supplemental Coverages Available(8) Paid Holidays401k with Employer ContributionHourly Rate Range:Depending upon experience and education$20.62 - $23.50 per hour
