This is a highly visible role that combines accounting leadership, project management, process improvement, and strategic business partnership . You'll work across the organization to improve processes, support major initiatives, and help ensure the accounting team operates efficiently and effectively.


What You'll Do

• Partner with Accounting leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects
• Lead cross-functional efforts involving accounting, finance, operations, and technology teams
• Drive key initiatives including ERP enhancements, automation projects, process improvements, and business transformation efforts
• Develop executive reporting, presentations, and board materials
• Champion operational excellence through process standardization and continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and operational issues
• Serve as a key liaison between accounting leadership and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, technical accounting, and internal controls
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Workday experience is a plus
• CPA
• Public accounting
