Responsibilities of back of house team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation.
• Replenish kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
