Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager the Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and standard work instructions. This role ensures products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet quality and delivery requirements.

This position is part of the Productions Operations Department located in Grand Rapids, MI and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Perform mechanical and electrical parts assembly
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of materials and specifications
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits
• Work both individually and in a diverse team environment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 1-year relevant manufacturing experience
• A strong commitment to attendance and productivity

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $19.50 USD per hour.
