We're looking for people who'd rather build something real than talk about building it.Join our Production team in an entry-level role building wire harnesses and cable assemblies. You'll learn light assembly, wire splicing, heat shrinking, and labeling — following standard work instructions and building hands-on skills with each project. No prior experience required; we'll train you on the tools and processes.Essential ResponsibilitiesReading & Following Production DocumentationLearn to read and use blueprints, work orders, wire lists, and other written instructions to identify materials and follow the correct assembly sequenceCorrectly identify colors and use basic measuring tools like rulers and tape measuresRecognize different assembly components and understand how the product moves through productionWire & Cable ProcessingPlug wires into connectors, ensuring proper connection to meet productivity and quality standardsCut and process multi-conductor cable using various cutting toolsRoute and assemble wires according to specificationsSplice wires accurately and with limited errorsOperate a heat shrink tool to seal tubing around wireUnderstand correct connector and terminal orientation, including multiple positionsFollow proper labeling proceduresOperate a cable tie gun and troubleshoot minor issuesSet up and run continuity testing, then print results sheetsBundle or bag finished product to customer specificationsPack finished assemblies for quality reviewFollow all safety standards when using heat guns, wire strippers, cutters, and other hand toolsQuality & DocumentationVisually inspect assemblies throughout production to confirm quality standards are metTrack time per project using electronic software to stay on budgetRequirementsOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Current knowledge with/or ability to learn the IPC 620B Requirements and LEAN manufacturing principles.Ability to learn through verbal and written instruction and apply acquired training.Hand/eye coordination and dexterity.Strong ability to pay close attention to detail.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.Ability to modify behavior and work activities in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.Ability to identify a problem and communicate with Team Leads.Motivation to learn and continuously improve skillset.Ability to work as a team.Great attendance and punctuality.Safety minded.Core Competencies:Accuracy: Achievement of correct and precise work.Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of a situation or task and ensures accuracy in documentation and data.Quality Control: Ability to establish a system of high standards and maintain thee standards by testing the output against the specification, despite pressing deadlines.Accountability: Acceptance of responsibility and one's own actions.Task Completion: Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following set procedures and following up when necessary.
