Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our organization, you will work primarily from a remote setting, with the opportunity to participate in occasional in-person meetings or team activities. Our practice operates during weekday business hours, specifically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the cultural backgrounds and individual circumstances of your patients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that employs culturally responsive approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
