Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the coordination and successful completion of a Mission Critical Data Center build in Sparks, NV. This dynamic role requires a results-driven individual who can manage all aspects of a complex construction project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a full-time role Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of a Mission Critical Data Center construction project Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor overall project progress Ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met Prepare and present detailed status reports for upper management Observe and inspect the work of subcontractors and team members to ensure compliance with project specifications Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish project goals Perform a variety of project management tasks requiring creativity and independent decision-making Required Skills In-depth knowledge of construction concepts, practices, and procedures Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Procore construction management software is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to interpret and work from construction documents and specifications Skills & Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or a related field Prior experience managing Mission Critical or Data Center construction projects strongly preferred Demonstrated experience overseeing subcontractors and managing large-scale construction projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred This is a truly exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact, Mission Critical Data Center project in a growing and dynamic market.
