Partners Personnel is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to support our growing teams in Tampa and Largo, FL. This is an opportunity for an experienced customer service, administrative, staffing, or recruiting professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Bilingual Recruiter – English/Spanish
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Locations: Tampa, FL and Largo, FL

Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Conduct candidate phone screens and in-person interviews
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, orientations, onboarding appointments, and start dates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Assist candidates with completing applications, employment documentation, and required onboarding steps.
• Process and review new-hire documentation, including I-9s, W-4s, background screening requirements, and drug screening processes.
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate, job order, placement, and activity information within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand open positions, hiring requirements, priorities, and staffing needs.
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines while meeting recruiting deadlines and hiring goals.
• Conduct follow-up with candidates regarding interviews, onboarding requirements, job offers, start dates, and assignment information.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, administrative, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous Bullhorn experience a plus
