Oportunidad para Técnico Conductual Registrado con Hidden Talents ABA en Texas
Resumen del puesto:
Hidden Talents ABA está en busca un talentoso Técnico Conductual Registrado ( Registered Behavior Technician / RBT) para unirse a Nuestro equipo en Bacliff, Texas. Como RBT en nuestra organización, tendrá la oportunidad de trabajar con una amplia gama de niños con trastorno del espectro autista (TEA), utilizando técnicas basadas en la evidencia para mejorar sus habilidades comunicativas, sociales y de adaptación. Si le apasiona tener un impacto positivo en la vida de los niños, le animamos a que solicite este puesto de RBT a medio tiempo.
Responsabilidades:
Implementar intervenciones y apoyos conductuales para abordar las necesidades individuales de cada cliente.
Recopilar y registrar datos sobre el progreso y el comportamiento de los clientes utilizando diversas herramientas y software.
Colaborar con Nuestro equipo de BCBA para desarrollar y modificar los planes de tratamiento según sea necesario.
Mantener un entorno de tratamiento limpio, organizado y Seguro.
Comunicarse de manera eficaz con los clientes, los cuidadores y otros miembros del equipo.
Participar en la formación continua y el desarrollo profesional para mantenerse al día sobre las mejores prácticas.
Lo que ofrecemos:
Salario competitivo por hora: 19-24 dólares/hora.
