We're hiring a strong car wash ticket writer / sales associate. Here's what we're looking for:
Customer Service & Communication
- Strong customer service skills

- Friendly, outgoing personality

- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to educate customers on products and services
Sales
- Sales and upselling experience
- Ability to recommend the right wash packages and detail services
- Membership sales experience (or willingness to learn)
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets
- Comfortable handling customer objections
Operations & Systems
- Cash handling and basic POS system experience
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Work Ethic & Reliability
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Previous retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience is a plus
