Experienced Car Wash Ticket Writer / Sales Associate

Job Description

We're hiring a strong car wash ticket writer / sales associate. Here's what we're looking for:

Customer Service & Communication

Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication
Friendly, outgoing personality
Confident approaching and engaging customers
Ability to build rapport quickly
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to educate customers on products and services

Sales

Sales and upselling experience
Ability to recommend the right wash packages and detail services
Membership sales experience (or willingness to learn)
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets
Comfortable handling customer objections

Operations & Systems

Cash handling and basic POS system experience
Basic computer and tablet proficiency
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Work Ethic & Reliability

Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Time management and organizational skills

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Previous retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience is a plus
