About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Emergency Cash, a pivotal role in the organization's mission to provide direct cash assistance to those in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling emergency response operations, with a focus on building and maintaining strong operating systems, strategic priorities, and compelling positioning within the humanitarian ecosystem. This includes owning performance management systems, driving strategic planning processes, and leading initiatives to enhance the organization's brand and trust with stakeholders. The role demands a strategic partner who can improve decision-making, create scalable systems, and support high-priority strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategy, operations, or a related field, and a proven track record of building systems that enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
